Happy Spring,


It's a New Year Alright,

Alright I’m Flowing & Glowing. Only a few days into spring & my creative juices have sprung. I have truly enjoyed creating empowering, delicious high vibe beautiful foods. It is my absolute pleasure to show up for you Tribe. It is my intention to spread pure positive energy through beauty. All things beautiful starting with you, beautiful affirmations, beautifying rituals, beautiful recipes, beautiful experiences, beautiful inspiring lifestyle. All is channeled through me for the whole wide world to enjoy.



Eat Pretty Flawless is a new collection of Flawless recipes with intention. The goal is for you (us) to feel beautiful inside & out starting with what’s on our plate. It’s metaphoric as well because some things on our plate in life isn't always going to be beautiful, but life is about taking the bold, bad & ugly. Managing to overcome it all while converting the ish to a more beautiful experience.

Life’s a journey, we won’t always be in control of what’s on the plate we’re handed, it can be full at times but practice turning it to something GOLDEN.


This Flawless Collection of recipes is so inspiring Tribe, but to be completely transparent I fell off. I had been traveling & eating out a lot and before you know it I had looked in the mirror and I was about 25lbs heavier than normal. Blame the pandemic, blame my full plate in life, blame emotional eating. One thing is for certain, I knew it had to GO! I just wasn’t feeling myself and I thought to myself “What has happened Rashada?” I had been eating and eating and eating. Finally it caught up to me. I found myself in a dark space for a brief moment. (Many of you may be able to relate to this...) My comfort foods had gotten the best of me, I slowly made some changes 1 day at a time, I finalized some lingering decisions that led to the emotional eating, I got active, I started acupuncture (I’ll write about this soon promise 😉), I shifted my energy, restarted my life (Again) and Eat Pretty Flawless was birthed. I’m not sure if it’s a book just yet but this collection is perfect for everyone no matter what your schedule, lifestyle or diet. The recipes are flexible, they’re fun & will light up your life. I’m sharing from my soul what has been so liberating for my spirit.

The Spring Equinox Sandwich
EAT PRETTY FLAWLESS 🦋

Here’s what you’ll need;

2 Slices of Sprouted Whole Grain bread

1 Ripe Avocado

1 Ripe Vibe Tomato

1 Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

1 Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

1-2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil 1 Cup of Chopped Kale

3 -5 Broccoli Stalks

1 tsp of lime juice

1 tbsp minced garlic

Pretty Edible Flowers (as many as you like)


Here we Glow,

I love using Ezekiel Bread ( super healthy & easy on the digestive tract) & finding edible flowers at any farmers market or health food store. You can grow edible flowers easily as well. Imagine how fun that would be.

First, slice your tomato & spread on a plate or place in a bowl. I love to drizzle a lite “Flawless Approved” oil & sea salt to really enhance the flavor of this beautifying fruit. This is optional.


In a bowl (love using wooden bowls) mash your ripe avocado just enough to make it spreadable, add a clove of minced garlic & your lime juice, mix well.


Here’s what’s next, in a skillet on medium low heat, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil, toss in your kale, stiring often, season with sea salt & cayenne to taste.


Sauté for 5-7 minutes. Set aside. Keep the skillet warm and add your broccoli seasoning to taste. Sauté covered for 5-7 minutes & set aside.


The best part! Its time to put it all together & enjoy.

Toast your bread if you'd like, spread avocado mixture generously on each slice, top with tomatoes, broccoli, kale & edible flowers, drizzle remaining avocado oil on top of combined toppings.   • I am no longer accepting comfort eating.

  • Food will not heal my emotional feelings.

  • Food is medicine it makes me look & feel my best.

  • I feel every day and it feels good.

  • I love all feelings, they are part of who I am. I treat all negative feelings as temporary. They are just passing through.

  • I love myself, I love to feel, I am alive and living!

  • I process my feelings every single day.

  • I am aware of every bite I take each and every day. I eat mindfully.

  • I can separate physical hunger from emotional hunger.

  • I know the difference between healthy eating and comfort eating.

  • I am responsible for my good health.

  • I listen to my body and know when I am really hungry.
