Pretty Flawless Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 Slices of Sprouted Whole Grain bread

1 Ripe Avocado

1 Ripe Vibe Tomato

1 Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

1 Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

1-2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil 1 Cup of Chopped Kale

3 -5 Broccoli Stalks

1 tsp of lime juice

1 tbsp minced garlic

Pretty Edible Flowers (as many as you like)

First, slice your tomato & spread on a plate or place in a bowl. I love to drizzle a lite “Flawless Approved” oil & sea salt to really enhance the flavor of this beautifying fruit. This is optional. In a bowl (love using wooden bowls) mash your ripe avocado just enough to make it spreadable, add a clove of minced garlic & your lime juice, mix well. Here’s what’s next, in a skillet on medium low heat, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil, toss in your kale, stirring often, season with sea salt & cayenne to taste.
 

Sauté for 5-7 minutes. Set aside. Keep the skillet warm and add your broccoli seasoning to taste. Sauté covered for 5-7 minutes & set aside. The best part! Its time to put it all together & enjoy. Toast your bread if you'd like, spread avocado mixture generously on each slice, top with tomatoes, broccoli, kale & edible flowers, drizzle remaining avocado oil on top of combined toppings.
